Probably named after a vessel of 550 tons burden built by Bishton in 1861 “be only repaired to make them available as Change Boats” (Min 9827) “In use for a number of years, had become quite unfit for work, the boiler requiring renewal and the hull in need of repair, had sold theboiler and transferred the boat to the Stone Trade between Trevor and Wolverhampton for which trade it could be made suitable for a time” (Min 11010) |
